Their work can be located in a broader set of creative responses to the Umbrella Movement, prompting the question of a relationship between performance and social movement understood as intrinsic in performance studies. Exploring the potentials of the emerging discipline that views sociocultural acts and bodily movements in everyday life as performance, the speakers will interrogate the place of performance studies and their work in the post-Umbrella Movement era.
